"Oolong tea falls between the green and black tea categories, with degrees of oxidation ranging from 7% to 70%."
Oolongs generally come from China or Taiwan. China produces such oolongs as Ti Kwan Yin (Iron Goddess), Monkey Picked Oolong, and Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe). Taiwan is well-known for its Bai Hao (Oriental Beauty) and Pouchong. Oolongs are lovely teas to drink because they offer quite a few infusions each time.
